Rental Application

Call our property manager at 715-426-3660 to setup an appointment and to receive an application. In order to process your application please bring in your application fee of $50. Your application cannot be accepted without this payment. The $50 application fee is applied toward your security deposit if you are accepted as a tenant. 

Units are going fast so don't delay. Units are reserved only after your application is approved and all verifications are processed. The sooner your application is submitted the better chance you have of getting the unit that you want.
